Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (Long Term Contract) – Job#SKU-3737

Location: Remote

Job Description: This role will serve as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and champion for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support of custom services in ServiceNow.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and champion for ServiceNow.
• Work with customers to gather and document requirements.

Required:

• Working knowledge of databases, tables, attributes, and relationships
• Experience with creating workflows in ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers to gather and document requirements to deliver complex solutions involving automation and workflow tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into automated workflow-based solutions
• Experience using SharePoint lists
• Ability to develop test scripts and plans
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML

Desired:

• Knowledge of service management and request fulfillment processes
• Understanding of ITIL principles/best practices
